Expertise
Why choose a specialized design-build firm for a whole-house transformation?
Executing a massive gut renovation and second-floor addition is not a standard remodeling job. It requires mastery in structural engineering, heavy machinery coordination, and strict adherence to local Westbury zoning codes. TCR Builders specializes in taking outdated properties down to their core and engineering them into modern luxury estates. We handle the complex integration of architectural design, municipal permitting, and high-end construction under one roof, ensuring your massive investment is executed flawlessly without the stress of managing multiple contractors.
Solution
The TCR Builders Solution: Uncompromising Luxury Built on Your Original Footprint
Rather than entering a brutal real estate market and leaving a neighborhood they loved, these homeowners chose to engineer their forever home. TCR Builders executed a comprehensive plan that dismantled the original single-story structure while maximizing the property’s existing footprint for a sprawling new second level.
We began with heavy structural reinforcement to support the massive expansion. Our team engineered a high-end, open-concept layout featuring a chef’s kitchen with custom navy blue cabinetry, a massive white marble island, and gold hardware. By blending grand architectural details like vaulted ceilings, custom iron railings, and a completely redesigned classic stone facade, we delivered a breathtaking luxury estate that dramatically increased the property’s value and perfectly matched the family’s lifestyle.
