Expertise

Why choose a specialized general contractor for your expansion?

Adding to a home is far more complex than most homeowners realize. It demands deep knowledge of local zoning laws, structural engineering, and precise framing techniques that integrate seamlessly with existing foundations. TCR Builders isn’t simply a renovation company—we’re a full-service general contractor managing the entire lifecycle of your project.

Solution

The TCR Builders Solution: Precision Framing & Vertical Expansion

Instead of packing boxes, they called TCR Builders. Our architectural and structural team designed a comprehensive second-floor addition tailored perfectly to their existing footprint.

Taking the roof off a home is a massive undertaking, but our experienced crews handled the structural transition seamlessly. As seen in our drone progress shots, we executed complex, precision wood framing to support the new upper level. We reinforced the foundational load and engineered a robust new roofline, ensuring the new addition is structurally sound, energy-efficient, and fully compliant with Levittown building codes.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hired TCR Builders to build a portico to our house. The company manager communicated with us at every step of the project. The company had different specialized workers for different parts of the project. They showed up on time, were very professional and worked hard, cleaned up the area, and completed the job on time. Our portico looks even better than we initially envisioned it. We are very happy with the result. Thank you, TCR Builders!!!!
We recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a professional construction work done their house. They are simply the best!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. All my wife wanted for Christmas was a home gym. Sam, Ernesto and the whole crew went above and beyond and created something amazing that we are beyond proud to call our own! The gym looks even more incredible than I could have ever imagined. They worked quick but very efficiently. Everyone was very professional and respectful to our home. We are beyond happy with the final result. They really did an incredible job!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. TCR/Sam was recommended by a friend who had them did some work for her. At the time my friend said "they are great and very diligent". That's absolutely right on after we had TCR replaced a few windows for us. Our current windows are so old that we couldn't even identify the manufactory, Sam/TCR was able to get a very close match- no one will be able to tell they are different. Sam is great to provide professional advise but also put himself in our shoe. They work with our budget and schedule. The guys did the work were professional and clean up after themselves. Great follow up and communication from Sam and his crew. Very happy with the work. Will definitely use them again for any future project.
